These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk6868 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk6868. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pk6868 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted from your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pk6868 support immediately to suspend your Account.

Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Accounts. Real Money balances (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times applicable to the chosen payment method.

During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may extend to 24 hours. pk6868 applies a withdrawal method matching policy: withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Exceptions require supporting documentation and support team approval.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pk6868 are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds requirements, and game contribution percentages. These specific terms supplement and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal is permitted. Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by pk6868 — any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play will be forfeited. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, all balances may be withheld pending investigation.
